Wyoming Foundation Announces More Than $11,000 In Grants for Local Programs in Education and Arts

*Warsaw, NY *-- The Wyoming Foundation, a geographic division of the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, today announced awards totaling more than $11,000 to seven Wyoming County nonprofit organizations for its 2017 grant cycle. Grants were awarded to programs in Wyoming County with a preference for requests that increase job readiness for youth and connect residents to the County’s arts and cultural gems.

“The Wyoming Foundation Council is committed to addressing the needs of the county and its residents,” said Wyoming Foundation Council Chair, Scott Gardner. “We are honored to support specific programs that benefit the quality of life for those that call Wyoming County home and continue to honor the generosity and commitment of our clients and volunteers.”

• Business Education Council, Inc.
• Eagle Free Library
GLOW YMCA
• Shake on the Lake
• Warsaw Junior Tigers
• Wyoming Free Circulating Library Association
