Community Foundation Announces Two Hires

The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo is pleased to announce two hires that will enhance services for clients to ensure their charitable goals are carried out.

Buffalo, NY - Mary Bradach has joined the Community Foundation team as Director, Gift Planning. In this role, Mary will focus on business development, specifically the establishment and development of relationships with professional advisors. The Community Foundation has a network of more than 700 relationships with accountants, attorneys and financial professionals. Mary will serve as the key point of contact for this group of valued relationships. Prior to her work at the Community Foundation, Mary was a senior executive in financial services for more than 25 years in New York City. During her experience at the global life insurance company, AXA Equitable, she helped financial professionals develop and grow their businesses. Mary currently serves as the Treasurer of the Park School parents’ association.

Ba Zan Lin has joined the Community Foundation Impact team as Program Officer. Reporting to the Vice President of Community Impact, Lin will support the Community Foundation’s grant activity and community impact initiatives. Lin is a seasoned philanthropic professional. He comes to the Community Foundation after more than ten years in advocacy and outreach roles. He had prior experience at organizations including the Burmese Community Support Center, Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper and, most recently, Via Evaluation, where he instituted strategic plans to help organizations reach their short-term and long-term development goals.
