As part of our five-year strategic plan, the Foundation identified a core need to organize and share information to increase impact in achieving strategic goals and maximize shared knowledge through effective communication. In the field of philanthropy, this position is entitled "Knowledge Management." By partnering with The John R. Oishei Foundation were able to efficiently build this capacity with a shared staffing position of a Knowledge Management Officer.
