Gingle Lee is the Knowledge Management Officer at the Community Foundation. In this role, she analyzes and reports critical community information and data related to Community Foundation initiatives. She also provides analyses to Community Foundation partners to allow them to solve community problems through evidence-based decision-making.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Gingle worked as a Senior Program Manager for The Aspen Institute, where she managed a national scholarship program for students enrolled in community college STEM programs, developed project budgets, goals and timelines, facilitated the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, and analyzed project outcome data for improvement. Previously, she worked on higher education policy at the Education Trust and in institutional research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Gingle received her Ed.M. in Higher Education from Harvard University and her B.A. in English from Agnes Scott College.
