Kimberly Seay is the Operations Assistant at the Community Foundation. In this role, Kim provides administrative and logistical support for all Community Foundation teams. She oversees key functions including business administration, facilities, information and technology and risk management.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Kim worked as an Administrative Assistant at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, where she helped institute youth programming and provided operational guidance. Previously, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at Trocaire College and as a Case Assistant in the Operations Department of Erie County Department of Social Services.
Kim received her B.A. in Business Administration and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College. She volunteers at Faith Missionary Baptist Church and is a Board Member of Emerging Philanthropists of Color.
