Alethea Odudu

Alethea Odudu is the Operations Efficiency Manager at the Community Foundation. In this role, she is responsible for providing operational administrative support to the entire team to achieve operational excellence in the areas of technology, processes, procedures, information reporting and project management.

Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Alethea worked at Lactalis American Group as a Senior Project Coordinator, where she developed project plans, oversaw project coordination and orchestrated program-level projects. Previously, she was a Project Coordinator at FedEx Trade Network.

Alethea received her B.F.A. from Buffalo State College.
