On March 18, the Community Foundation hosted an investment update for its clients to share an update on the COVID-19 pandemic relative to the financial markets. Bill Joyce, Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo Board member and Investment Committee chair, hosted the meeting. Michael Miller, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Colonial Consulting, the Community Foundation’s investment consultant, provided insights into the current market events and a look forward into their potential future effect on the portfolio.
