Wyoming Foundation Announces Two New Members of its Council

Warsaw, N.Y. — The Wyoming Foundation, a geographic affiliate of the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, is pleased to announce that two local leaders have joined its Council in 2025. Guided by a group of dedicated local residents, the Wyoming Foundation is committed to bringing people together, connecting partners and sparking collaboration to respond to our community’s changing needs. New members include: Rosemary Shader, retired Executive Director for Community Action for Wyoming County; and Jacqueline Swaby, Education Director and Gallery Curator for the Genesee Orleans Regional Arts Council.
Rosemary “Rosie” Shader is a retired Executive Director for Community Action for Wyoming County and spent much of her career in marketing for the financial services industry. Today, she is an active community volunteer who resides in Silver Lake. Rosie attended both Genesee Community College and SUNY Brockport, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.
Jacqueline “Jackie” Swaby is the Education Director and Gallery Curator for the Genesee Orleans Regional Arts Council. Previously, she spent nearly 17 years as the Executive Director and Gallery Curator for the Arts Council for Wyoming County and 20 years as Director of the Cordelia A. Greene Library. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Jackie has called Wyoming County home for nearly 38 years and currently lives in Castile. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science from Columbus State University.
Other members of the Council include: Scott Gardner, Chair; Eric Szucs, Vice Chair; Jennifer Tyczka, Secretary/Treasurer; Margaret Dadd; Daryl McLaughlin; Jamie Pankow; and Maria Walczak.
