Ryan Guerinot
Ryan Guerinot is the Associate Director of Youth Sports Initiatives at the Community Foundation. In this role, he assists with leading Project Play WNY, an initiative launched by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation to ensure all children in Western New York have the opportunity to be active through sports and build physical literacy.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Ryan worked as Assistant Athletic Director, Advancement at Niagara University, where he was responsible for developing and executing a fundraising plan involving university administrators, faculty and staff, and soliciting major and annual gifts.
Previously, he worked for the PGA Tour as Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships and for Pegula Sports and Entertainment, as Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships, as well as for other sports organizations including the Buffalo Bills, Major League Lacrosse, and the Columbus Crew.
Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Leisure Studies from The Ohio State University and his M.S. in Sport Management from Ithaca College.
