Buffalo, N.Y. —The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo is pleased to announce that Aaron Hord has joined the organization as Director of Client Relations. For more than 100 years, the Community Foundation has been committed to working with individuals, families, foundations and organizations to make the most of their generosity and maximize their charitable assets.As part of the Community Foundation’s Giving Strategies team, Aaron is dedicated to building relationships with clients by understanding their philanthropic goals, presenting them with appropriate grantmaking opportunities and assisting them with their charitable planning to make the most of their generosity today, tomorrow and forever.
“Aaron’s extensive experience working with clients enables him to tailor his support to the needs of each individual, family or organization, and facilitate the advancement of each client’s unique charitable goals,” said Betsy Constantine, Executive Vice President, Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo. “He is already having an impact as we work toward our mission of connecting people, ideas and resources to improve lives in Western New York.”
Most recently, Aaron worked as Vice President of Sales at Pointman, LLC, where he was responsible for hiring and overseeing the sales team, managing the business development pipeline and tracking performance metrics. Prior to that, he served in sales management roles at various companies in Western New York.
Hord received his B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
